Improve access to brands of natural heritage sites to generate economic value, enhance sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the North Sea Region (NSR), develop innovative marketable offers and products through co-creation – those were the objectives of INTERREG project PROWAD Link under a nature-business-benefit-cycle, engaging SMEs in nature conservation.

With the video campaign "You are a guest - this is where I live. The Wadden Sea." the PROWAD Link partners invite all to be a good guest in nature.

Funded by the North Sea Region Programme, MANABAS COAST intends to set the stage for widescale application and implementation (mainstreaming) of Nature-based Solutions (NbS) in coastal systems of the North Sea Region.

How do you create a network of networks that spans across different national and sectorial borders?

The meeting was organised by KID project partners and the Sustainable Shipping and Ports at the Wadden Sea Project.

Prolonged for another fours years by the Wadden Sea Board after a comprehensive evaluation in 2022 showed a high degree of satisfaction, IWSS has now been the focus of a strategic workshop.
